1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bridgepointtraders.com, initiating contact via WhatsApp, or placing an order with Bridge Point Traders ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and purchasers of our pharmaceutical exports.

2. Nature of Our Services

Bridge Point Traders is a licensed pharmaceutical exporter registered in India (IEC & GST registered). We source and export WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical products to international clients including:

• Healthcare professionals and licensed practitioners
• Pharmacies and dispensaries
• Medical clinics and hospitals
• Individual clients ordering for personal medical use

Bridge Point Traders operates as an exporter: the legal responsibility for importing pharmaceutical products into a given country lies with the buyer.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You are ordering for lawful personal or professional use
• You understand that pharmaceutical import without proper authorisation may be illegal in your country

4. Product Information & Pricing

Prices displayed on our website or communicated via WhatsApp are indicative. All confirmed pricing is provided in writing prior to payment. Prices may vary based on:

• Current manufacturer pricing and availability
• Order quantity and applicable bulk discounts
• Selected shipping method (EMS Express or ITPS Postal)
• Currency fluctuations for international wire transfers

Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes. Actual packaging may vary by manufacturer batch.

5. Order Process & Payment

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. The process is:

1. Inquiry submitted via WhatsApp
2. Product availability and pricing confirmed by our team
3. Proforma invoice issued (where requested)
4. Payment made via SWIFT, Wise, or Remitly
5. Order dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation

Orders are only processed after full payment is received and confirmed. Partial payments are accepted only by prior written agreement.

6. Import Responsibility

The buyer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the import of ordered pharmaceutical products complies with the laws, regulations, and import restrictions of their country. Bridge Point Traders:

• Exports in full compliance with Indian export laws
• Provides accurate customs declarations on all shipments
• Does not guarantee customs clearance in the destination country
• Is not liable for seizures, duties, or penalties imposed by destination customs

Clients are advised to verify import regulations before ordering. We recommend consulting a customs agent in the destination country for regulated pharmaceutical products.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier at the point of export from India. Bridge Point Traders:

• Uses export-grade neutral packaging for all shipments
• Provides tracking information via WhatsApp once dispatched
• Recommends EMS Express for time-sensitive or high-value orders

8. Refunds & Reshipment

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept product returns. Our policy is:

• EMS Express orders: 100% free reshipment if the shipment does not reach the buyer
• ITPS Postal orders: No reshipment guarantee (buyer assumes delivery risk)
• Seized shipments: Not eligible for reshipment unless EMS Express was used

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge Point Traders shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, business, or data arising from use of our services
• Adverse health effects from product misuse or use without medical supervision
• Seizure or non-delivery via ITPS Postal service
• Customs duties or penalties in the buyer's country

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on bridgepointtraders.com (including the Bridge Point Traders logo, text, design, and brand elements) is the property of Bridge Point Traders. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Product names, trademarks, and manufacturer logos remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used for identification purposes only.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage all disputes to be resolved amicably via direct communication before any legal proceedings are initiated.

12. Amendments

Bridge Point Traders reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at bridgepointtraders.com/terms-and-conditions/. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
