All confirmed and paid orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.
Working days are Monday to Saturday (excluding Indian public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Split Shipment Policy
For large-volume orders, we recommend staggered dispatch to maximise customs success:

Customs & Import Duties
Bridge Point Traders exports in full compliance with Indian customs and export law. However:
- Import duties, taxes, or fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility
- We cannot predict or guarantee customs clearance outcomes in any country
- Seized shipments due to destination country import restrictions are not eligible for reshipment unless EMS Express was selected
- We provide accurate and lawful export declarations on all parcels
